I needed a replacement keypad on my HP laptop. Paul ordered the keypad, but it was not the correct color. We made a needless trip to the store since he didn't call us that the wrong one came in. Second keyboard arrived, sent back, same thing happened, including the needless trip. A third keyboard came in and I decided just to take the darker color since 3 months had now passed. Go Kosta – Kosta saved my laptop. I installed Window 7 over Vista on my laptop, which should've been ok. My laptop never worked right after that. I took it to Best Buy's Geek Squad in Ft Lauderdale, Florida and the obnoxious tech who barely looked at it, then told me to buy a new one, they're only $300 as he walked away from me and waited on someone else.
