This is one of the best clinics in the DTES area. Great staff and there is a pharmacy on site where they dispense medications to their patients that would not be covered by plan C at other pharmacies. It's not easy to get a Dr here, they only work with marginalized people on the DTES area (which is a good thing) but their Dr's rarely accept new patients as their rosters are full.
They are very kind to the people and I like that we need alot of people that care
They seem to do everything they can to not help. I've been going here for years as my family doctor is here. And every.single.time going there is a hassle. 5 doctors in, waiting time of hours. Constantly told to make appointment only for no time ever to be available. It also seems they change receptionists every week. I dont think I've ever seen the same person twice.
Have been a client for years . Thorough personable kind and very good at what they do . Can help u get l.D replaced or provide excellent doctor's.
Keep your options to yourself not yelling across the hall to a older woman I said to the pharmacy I will not be back the next day the guy who was yelling at the elder said to me Why are you not coming back tomorrow I didn't want to make things worse then he made it I will not go back there again
