Good treatment
Super unfriendly, full of ignorance, 0 empathy "main" receptionist mid age female. and NO, it's NOT a WALK in clinic. Best wishes for this callous people to have exactly SAME service and treatment anywhere they go.
This is one of the best clinics in the DTES area. Great staff and there is a pharmacy on site where they dispense medications to their patients that would not be covered by plan C at other pharmacies. It's not easy to get a Dr here, they only work with marginalized people on the DTES area (which is a good thing) but their Dr's rarely accept new patients as their rosters are full.
They are very kind to the people and I like that we need alot of people that care
