Traveling through Mobile and a U Joint broke on my driveshaft. They were very accommodating and were able to get it fixed quickly so I could get back on the road. If I lived in Mobile this would be my go to shop.
While traveling to Florida from Mississippi for vacation, my daughter’s car needed attention. We pulled over into a parking lot, but couldn’t access the underneath because of how low to the ground it is. We pulled up the map and saw that Downtown Car Care was just around the corner. We went there and they immediately pulled her car onto the lift and fixed the issue and we were back on our way. The shop is clean, nice and tidy and the owners and workers were top notch. Definitely recommend!
My car started making a horrible noise so I stopped about a block from this Garage, I was about to have it towed to BMW but my husband got them to look at it and see what the issue was, and I was so glad he did....they took my brakes apart and it was a ROCK. That would have cost me an insane amount anywhere else but not here! Ill be a repeat customer!! Not enough stars to justify yall's kindness.
