I recently purchased a camera here, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Kenny was incredibly helpful — he took the time to walk me through all the camera specs in detail and even explained the extended warranty over the phone. We were able to try out the display model before making a decision, which was a huge plus. Kenny also gave us great tips on lenses and recommended online resources to help us get the most out of our camera. Thank you and we will be back again!

Downtown Camera has long been a go-to spot for film photography enthusiasts in Toronto. For those who still shoot on film, it’s one of the best places in the city to bring your rolls. Kenny was incredible! He helped answer a lot of my questions in regards to photography and videography. He gave me a quick lesson on some concepts I didn’t quite understand and helped me find a budget option that could fulfil my needs. If you’re a newbie like me, just ask for Kenny!
