I urgently went to Downtown Camera last week hoping they could fix a problem I have never had before. I bought a Nikon CoolPix camera and I put in the SD card the wrong way and it got stuck. I could not get it out on my own. I went to Henry's first but they didn't have the tools needed to help me and they happily suggested that I go to Downtown Camera just around the corner. I discovered this place to buy an analog camera and when I entered the store, the atmosphere felt great, Mr. Faraz welcomed me there and helped me by giving very clear answers to my questions. Thank you so much.
Review is for online store. Attempted to buy a camera that showed it was in stock followed by an email the next day saying it was out of stock and be on order with a refund fee. I called and a rep sorted it out saying they had the product in stock and would be shipped. The following monday no email regarding the order with a few follow up calls with a rep explaining that the order had been rejected by their automatic fraud bot with nothing he can do on his end.
