I went to Downtown Camera today hoping that they would be able to help me take out a film roll that got stuck inside my Canon EX Auto film camera after the rewind mechanism popped off. I had the pleasure of being helped by Nigel who managed to not only open the camera & take out the film for me in the dark room but also fix the rewind mechanism for me for a very reasonable price. I had a great experience at Downtown Camera thanks to two outstanding customer service reps, Liam and Miona. I came in with an issue with my instant photo camera, and even though it wasn’t technically within their job scope, they went out of their way to help me troubleshoot the problem. They were attentive, friendly, and offered thoughtful suggestions and possible solutions. Their willingness to assist and genuine customer-first attitude made all the difference.
