Friendky staff and doctors. Wait times need improvement - was over an hour before I was seen for my appointment.
I I have been to this place. AMSC,LLC Downtown Bronx ASC is so amazing. The people there they all work together. The receptionist they were wonderful with greeting you and explaining things to you. when you get to the back the staff greets you with such respect, I was greeted by the attendant Markie then the nurse yuri then I met with doctor Jimenez. Clean and very neat place . The staffs are very patient , respectful, and friendly. Just wish they can leave your escort in the waiting room not on the first door . But, I understood it’s Covid protocol. Very professional and They will always call you before and after your procedure to check on you . And , I noticed how they conduct themselves as a big family not just co workers.
