I came home to visit at Christmas and knew that my back would be sore from traveling. I booked an hour-long session with Jennifer and was so glad I did. She really knows her stuff and was able to give me so much relief. She also gave me pointers on stretches that I should be doing to help keep my back from locking up. I am looking forward to another session this Christmas!
