Two road bikes rental in July 2025. Smooth transaction. Bikes were as described.Excellent communication. Good customer services. Would do business again without hesitation.
Highly recommend this bike shop. I had a flat tire, and they not only fixed it but also filled both my tires, gave my bike a thorough check, and greased the gears. The team was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They even helped me with my bike rack on my car. I would definitely return to Downtown Bicycles for any future repairs and recommend them to anyone.
Got a used bike from here, they over charged me and gave me no receipt and when i brought it to a legit bike shop the brakes are on wrong and rims are bent and needed new tires cost me over $350 not even worth it to fix
Went in to get a new tube for my husband’s bike. Took about 20 minutes which is pretty fast if you ask me :) $20 for installation and $15 for tube. Plus tax was $37.44
