DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. We had a flat on an E bike so we went there to fix it. They changed the tube, 13$ for the Tube, 70$ for the labor…. 2 days later, wanted to ride it but the bike still on flat! Went back to the bike shop, they put air back in tire and did not see a leak…. and offered us to go home, all is good! No… I asked if they checked leak with water… No… we asked to change the tube as it may had an issue… They could but we have to the full price again…. 88$ again. Fantastic rental experience! After being burned by EasyBikes last year, I gave Downtown a try. They delivered a beautiful bike to my hotel on time. The bike was in great condition and included a helmet and chain lock. Delivery and pickup was easy and they have an extensive variety of bikes to choose from. Will definitely use again next year!
We cannot say enough good things about Downtown Bicycles! All of the staff members were so accommodating of our family. We had a great time riding around Fort Lauderdale. Their kind and thorough service, quality, and expertise are top notch. Highly recommend!
