They are a good knowledgeable Fair company and I would highly recommend them
The young man who helped when I brought my bike in to be serviced was awesome and very helpful. When I went to pick up my bike I was shocked to see their TV blaring Fox Propaganda. It is unfortunate that I will have to find another bike shop. They could play anything, like maybe cycling videos, but someone just had to make a point.
Best ever.
I bought my first new bike in nearly 30 years and glad I did so at Downtown Bikes. I had a great experience and appreciated the time working with me to find the right bike for me.
