I'm sure there are some good barbers here, but as a business, this "lounge" is run very poorly. Both times I've gone, I made a reservation online. First time, I waited 45 minutes beyond my appointment time to get a cut and a trim. Second time, they cancelled my first appointment randomly with no explanation or alternative time. I reserved an appointment for the next day, no cancellation, but when I arrived, I again needed to wait 20 minutes beyond my appointment time to be seen.
