Doug and all his people are an extremely honest and hard working group. He is the ONLY mechanic I will ever take my car to. He is the only one who has never overcharged or done a poor job. He has even done minor repairs for free. When I tried to pay anyways for such good service, he said "just give it to my mechanic". If that is not a testament to his character, I don't know what is.
