Came in today unexpectedly met with Elshat who helped me find a vehicle in my price range and also worked with me on closing a very good deal that I could not give up. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family. Definitely will come back yo buy another vehicle!
Wonderful experience at cars of charlottesville! Elshat was great to work with and he found a car within my price range and monthly budget. They have a little of everything so check them out!
Fantastic experience. Found a car online, had some photos texted over and we came out to check it out. Low pressure, easy negotiation, and we were in our new 2022 Kia in less than 10min with a cash deal. Seemingly great group of folks here who are down to earth.
My father in law has called them several times, very interested in a vehicle on their lot, but has not received a call back. He has tried to negotiate prior to driving to there dealership, as they are 4 hrs from him, but again, they will not call him back. Honestly it’s extremely disappointing. If this is how they treat us during the buying process, how would they treat us after the sale…
I had an absolutely painless experience buying my car from Elshat. He was incredibly knowledgeable, listened to exactly what I needed, and never once used high-pressure sales tactics. Highly recommend!
