Clay and his staff were very kind and easy to work with. They made sure to answer any questions I had & it was the easiest, and most stress free experience I could have had buying a great vehicle. I got the extended warranty and bought a BMW in great condition with a well maintained carfax. I would recommend them for anybody looking to find a great deal and smooth experience.
Clay made the process easy, made a good deal and also was very good with my special needs children and very patient with them. You will never find a decent Non judgmental car place that stays open a little later just so you can have the car ready the same day also Clay goes above and beyond and will fix anything before he completes the deal with a car. The main thing I loved about getting a car from cars of Charlottesville was the way my kids were treated while we were there for about an hour!
