Clay made the process easy, made a good deal and also was very good with my special needs children and very patient with them. You will never find a decent Non judgmental car place that stays open a little later just so you can have the car ready the same day also Clay goes above and beyond and will fix anything before he completes the deal with a car. The main thing I loved about getting a car from cars of Charlottesville was the way my kids were treated while we were there for about an hour!
Clay and his workers are very patient and understanding! They are willing to go above and beyond to make sure, you get the Vehicle that you need. Clay does not Judge your situation and will help you get into the car you want in need. His other workers, even though I was not dealing with them they’re still willing to help while providing help with other buyers! These guys are very professional and good at what they do! Amazing dealership, clay is great and worked with me on getting into a car with poor credit and a low Down payment and they even let me pay half of the down payment so I didn’t walk out with no money to my name!
Very happy with our truck and a big thanks to Elshat and the rest of the team at cars of Charlottesville for working hard to get us into our new vehicle . Very pleased with his service very professional and made sure we got the truck we needed . We bought an older car from them years before that lasted us past it's time (5 years for a 2004 ) and still runs so we came back to them for our new truck . Couldn't be happier .
