Do I call maintenance to unlock laundry doors because Robert Russell leaves at 3am with other female residence. Last Sunday laundry doors were unlocked at 5 p.m. I always pay my rent on time this is a real inconvenience when I have to call maintenance to unlock the laundry doors and if I get locked out it's $10 it's not fair to us residents that have to pay that $10 fee because the courtesy monitor decides to leave 5 hours early so maybe Housing Coalition could waive that $10 fee cuz it's not fair to the residents of the bui... read more
Lots of unstable tenants from different aspects of life. As soon as you walk inside you'll notice differe kinds of people. A lot of them have behavioral issues, mentally unfit, addictions, physical illness. In addition the units are way too small, and the building smells like sewer. Overall this place is not a place for the normal people. I consider it as a transitional housing. Stay away from this place or you will be feeling miserable.
