Our experience moving into Downtown360 has been overwhelmingly disappointing and stressful. The only bright spot has been Cece, who has been kind, helpful, and professional throughout. She genuinely tried to support us and deserves recognition. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for Tyler, whose communication has ranged from dismissive to combative, despite the clear documentation and timeline we’ve provided.
