I recently applied to Downtown 360, a property managed by HSRM in Salt Lake City, on February 20. I was upfront about my prior arrest record for assault and explained that it stemmed from a self-defense situation. The manager at the time, Korie Delgado, assured me it wouldn't be an issue and was just waiting for an official response. However, on March 20, a new manager, Tyler Locatelli, took over.
