Got a volks jetta tdi 2013 less than 3 years ago and theres been nothing but issues. When i first bought the car the salesman said i can put a deposit and if i dont want it i can get the deposit back no issues. Then i wanted my deposit back and the manager said "thats not how we do business here" in the threatening voice. So i ended up getting the car which had many repairs to pass safety which the dealership was unhappy to do. Within the 30 day warranty I had 2 breakdowns and they tried to blame me for messing with the car.... read more
A vehicle was sold to us as safety certified, however, upon driving it home we noticed significant issues. We promptly took the vehicle to a autoshop/licensed mechanic, who determined that it did not meet safety standards and required repairs exceeding $13,000. The dealership agreed to take back the vehicle only after we indicated our intention to report the matter to OMVIC.
Recently bought a 2013 Nissan 370z from Emmanuel, and I have to say some of the best service I have ever had, having spoken on the phone I trusted him to the point I bought the car site unseen, I am from PEI so the car was 1800 kms away from me and I had no issue communicating with Emmanuel on my needs and wants, we arranged shipping then I got antsy and asked him if I can come pick it up myself, giving him quite literally 2 days to get everything sorted with temp tags and all, Emmanuel never so much as sighed and immediatel... read more
I bought a BMW 340i from them for my son. I am from Bulgaria. Speak true phone with them and they asure me that the car is perfect. When the car arrive I was devastated. The car was in such a bad shape. I have photos and videos to prove that. They try to convince me that in Canada car is good to ride.
