Today was insane! People don’t come here please! If you need to do something do it online or a different place the staff move like snails. You can wait at a counter while someone was just on their phone not doing anything and there’s a lie.
Purchased my first used vehicle from Downsview Chrysler and I couldn’t be happier. Staff overall was very friendly and helpful. Mario particularly was helping me and was very kind and respectful. Was accommodating and made my first experience here an amazing one
We’ve bought multiple cars here over the years and get them fully serviced all the time by them. However lately little skinny guy with glasses and a bit of high pitched voice has been just a jerk. Telling me they broke a something in my car and they need to charge me for it. Also they don’t like to honour warranty letters, they then try to charge you diagnostic fees when they clearly know it’s an issue. Most franchise dealers are a rip off when it comes to service department( Especially domestic vehicles), But these guys are in next level scam artists. If you take your car in for a diagnostic, they will charge you a couple of hundred bucks then they tell you we can’t find out. We have to do a further diagnostic that will cost you a lot more just for them to tell you what’s wrong with your car.
