2025 Updated Review... I recently purchased a 2025 Grand Caravan from Downsview Chrysler, and once again had the pleasure of working with Sammy. I brought my truck in thinking someone had keyed it. Simon took one look at it and realized it was a glue splatter. Cleaned it up and my truck looks amazing! Such incredible service! Thank you!!
Very disappointing experience with this dealership. They kept my car for four full days without even taking a look at it. During that time, I could have still had my car until it was my turn, but they left it sitting under the sun for no reason. After that, it took more than ten additional days just to diagnose and fix the problem. With such delays and poor handling, I honestly doubt the repair was done properly, and I wouldn’t be surprised if the issue comes back soon.
