This was my first time bringing my car here for service. When I first arrived, I told them that I could hear a noise coming from my car and wanted to know what the problem was. They told me I would need to leave the car there for a full day so they could inspect it and then get back to me. I took my 2022 Ram 1500 sport to Downsview Chrysler for an oil change just 4 days after having it professionally paint corrected, and ceramic coated. I was told the service would take 1.5–2 hours on what looked to be a slower Tuesday, but ended up waiting 2.5 hours. After the service, I found a long scratch on my driver fender caused by a mechanic wiping it down with a dirty rag.
