There stuff is very bad. There behaviour too rude
I've worked in customor service for almost 15 years and this is absolutely ridiculous. I call, no one picks up and then I call from a different number, they pick up, place me on hold and never return. It's unfortunate that this has been my experience however this says a lot about the character of this establishment. There's absolutely no reason for poor or non existent communication skills.
The worst ! After 45 min waiting time the doctor finally came to see me but was busy another 15 min with his “wine order” on the phone in front of me . I was seeking help for my severe dry eyes . He told me my insurance wouldn’t pay for medicated eye drops so I should use over the counter stuff . Funny , because my insurance paid for brain surgery and all treatments . He was really impolite on top . The nurse tried her best and she was really sweet but the doctor is a no go !!!!!!!!
