Very bad service unfortunately, they don't answer messages and they don't care about the customer
Had to get my bypasses rebuilt with new shafts after a rollover, dj and down south took care of it quickly and they came out great. Thank you guys will definitely bring the rest of my shocks for service in the near future.
The whole crew at this shop took care of me. I couldn't be happier, they did everything they said they were going to do and even made some adjustments for me after I took my utv out for a weekend. Genuinely nice easy to work with people.
Requested this business to restore my shocks and replace any and all cosmetically damaged pieces on it to get them looking new again. 45 days after sending them in this is how I receive the product. They missed replacing the fittings and only offered to ship them back to replace what THEY forgot. (Shipping these is $100) total price to get these returned in this condition $1600 when new is $2100 but they neglected to mention that. I saw their work on instagram and was very impressed; but that is far from what I received.
