Pedro showed up on time and checked our concerns for our roll up garage door. He made some minor adjustments and thoroughly explained what our issue was. Great experience and a very reliable company to call if you should ever need repairs for your garage door. Give him a shout you won't be disappointed. Pedro came and replaced the garage door rollers and the spring end plates. The job was done quickly with attention to detail and high quality! The price was very fair and I would not hesitate to use his services in the future. It was refreshing to work with someone that is on time and treats his customer with respect.
Pedro is the best. He does exactly what he says. He calls and ask if ok or delivery updates. We completely redid our entire house and he was definitely the best of a lol my hired help. After he completed my install, we could not get our stuff to link with My Q and he came back over for more than an hour to help us. This was way above and beyond. I would use Downsouth Garage doors again and highly recommend him to anyone with garage door issues. . I love my new garage door! Oh so quiet!!!
