Damon was great. Found leak in yard right away. Quick repair.
Unprofessional and rude
I needed a new gas water heater and contacted Downs. The receptionist was very professional, asked for photos of the old one, and was able to set up a date and time window. I received the call the morning they were scheduled and within 30 minutes of the call, the techs arrived. They immediately went to work, removed the old water heater, upgraded the water and gas lines to meet todays code, and installed the new water heater.
