We are very pleased with the service we received from Downs Plumbing. We had a hot water slab leak. They were very prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. We would highly recommend them and will use again for any future plumbing needs.
Highly do not recommend! They installed a water heater for me 4 years ago. They did not take the time to close out the permit process with the city. Now, I’m trying to sell my house and can’t close until they do. Been a few weeks and they have nothing but excuses to why they are refusing to fix their mistake. There are a lot of good plumbers in Pensacola. I’d recommend another because you won’t get this headache with them.

On time, had correct parts and tools. Removed old 55 gal electric heater and installed new 55 gal electric heater. About 1.5 hrs total.
