Did business with these folks, did great work. >20K worth of work. Then when I called them for more follow-on work they demanded up-front payment - with a client that paid all the bills and had a successful project with them. Relationships mean nothing to Downs.
Literally fixed within 30min on a Saturday after initial call. Hunter was great! Thank you!
Damon and Blaine from Down's removed a blockage in our main house line. They did an excellent job, tested everything in the house to make sure it was working before they left and answered any questions. Down's personnel are always very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
Driving down the road in the left lane holding traffic up and then proceeds to brake check almost causing a pile up on University... 4/18/2025.
Today when I was driving down University I saw this company in a box truck almost cause a pile up from slamming on the brakes for no reason with a line of traffic behind him because he was in the left lane, riding side by side with the car in the right lane. Lucky it wasn't me because I would have snatched that dude out the truck....
