Fast next day service for septic pump out. Ricky and Sam took the time to explain the service to me and educate me about my drain field. They were friendly and professional!

I've used Downs several times in the last few years after a friend recommended them. I've been extremely satisfied with their service and professionalism. Jared was the tech who stopped over for the latest service and he was thorough and diligent in getting my issues resolved.
