Had a great experience with Dr. Mouchli. He took my concerns seriously and scheduled me for surgery the following week to remove a lipoma in my lower back. Great office staff as well. I have zero complaints about this place.
Dr Fadi is totally unprofessional . And not very caring. Front end staff is very rigid.
Went in for a consultation. The female doctor was very warm and welcoming. She explained surgery was needed. Dr. Baidoun comes in and repeats that surgery is needed and states I can schedule it whenever I want. Told me don’t go to ER anymore for pain. Which I found odd because my condition could worsen and get infected so wouldn’t I have to be seen in the ER to make sure that is not the case if I had another episode?? Absolutely terrible!!! I’ve been in pain due to 2 masses that’s siting on a nerve. Was seen today lady was amazing thought everything was good and was gonna have surgery, she went to go get the male doctor only for him to try to tell me I had no mass and to compare my other arm to the one that has 2 masses!!! Told me he wasn’t doing the surgery because of “complications” due to tendons being there… but you being a surgeon should know how to go about it.
