I recently dealt with Downriver Refrigeration Supply Co. for some HVAC materials, specifically warm-air piping and transition pieces. Unfortunately, the experience was a total headache. Despite having a clear invoice for items like 8x60 and 10x60 pipes and angle take-offs, the service was completely unacceptable. ​I tried to resolve this directly, but it felt like a total rip-off. ​I had a terrible experience at the Port Huron location of Downriver Refrigeration Supply Co. I dealt with Devin, and to say I was ripped off is an understatement. I came in for specific HVAC supplies—including warm-air pipes and elbows (Invoice #1485)—but the transaction was handled with zero integrity. ​Devin was unprofessional and dishonest regarding the costs and what was actually provided.
