It’s finally time I tell my story. I’ve been coming to Dr. Jain for over 20 years. Never had any bad experiences with her or my services. But I am however, tired of being hushed when it comes to her assistant Jessica. Jessica is horrible. Every time I call the office, she instantly has a nasty and distasteful attitude. I have known Dr. Jain for years. She is cares about her pts and goes above and beyond to accommodate every single pt. She does same day apt if not well and need to be seen.
I was looking for a new primary physician. Seeing that I'm new. To the neighborhood but these reviews are awful. I did call and was placed on hold for 40 minuthis. Is terrible? What happened to the Doctors' Day care of patients? I was told she doesn't even go to corwell hospital to visit her patients when they're admitted. It's a note for me
I was a new patient. My previous doctor left the practice so I chose this office as it was closer to home. The doctor seemed fine. No complaints, HOWEVER…. The horror I just went through was traumatic to say the least. I am on an antidepressant and needed a new script. The doctor forgot to send it in. No biggy, accidents happen.
