Arrived at 1:15p for 1:30p appointment with Dr. Pinnock at Southfield office, confirmed twice before appointment date that it was with Dr. Pinnock. Wasnt seen til 2:15p for some reason then was told Dr. Pinnock wasn't there and would be seen by a N.P. Total waste of time, she poked and prodded but couldnt offer any assistance, instead saying I should see Dr. Pinnock after a CT scan because he has more experience. Well I had an appt with Dr. Pinnock, not a N.P. Waste of $40 deductible, not going back.
