I liked the first visit and really wanted this to be our local dermatologist BUT I always feel rushed and confused after about my treatment. My son said he felt the same way unfortunately. One issue was when we rescheduled an appt but needed a refill and the doctor wouldn’t fill his antibiotic and our appt was rescheduled so far out it really set our healing back! Appts that are urgent are just non existent leading to unsatisfactory results and poor patient care.
This is where my whole family goes and have had positive results. Had my first visit today, in and out with treatment pretty quick. Staff was friendly, empathetic and knowledgeable.
Not a great experience. Child came in to have routine acne looked at plus a birth mark. The doctor who seen her nit even once looked at her ongoing acne issue. And instead of consulting on her birthmark with possible surgery options she scared my child and wife with cancer talks and where she will have to go if she has cancer. Had blood work done and thankfully no cancer. But still no proper consultation and no help with original issue she came in for. Instead we went to her primary doctor. I went a few months ago and the person that seen me was so rushed. I had so many questions to ask, but she was in such a hurry. Gave me a couple medication’s. I did not make any new appointments. I was very disappointed.
The complaints are completely unfounded. Those people are just tired old complainers looking for attention. They are attentive. Caring. Kind. Gentle. Respectful people, across the board. At no point did I feel I left without my concerns being addressed. I look forward to returning for further treatment.
