Dr. Nichols was amazing, as well as her entire staff. All were professional and polite and made my visit an enjoyable experience! I highly recommend Dr. Nichols!
Staff was very unhelpful when it came to rescheduling my sons appointment due to mission trip. The lady on the phone said the doctor was unwilling to do virtually or tele-health even through it is just a check up. I even tried to ask to speak with the doctor and she said he does not speak over the phone with is patience. I found that a little impersonal. My very first appointment this morning, the front desk lady was extremely nice and helpful, the building was very clean and crisp, I didn't have to wait long at all. Dr abbasi was extremely nice , great bed side manner. Made sure I understood everything about my situation before I left, listened to everything I had to say, did not rush me like some doctors do.
