I recently had a great experience at Downriver Car Care. I was in the process of looking for a used vehicle to buy. I finally found a one that I liked and I brought in for the mechanics to inspect. It turns out that particular vehicle was not in the greatest of shape. It would’ve been a money pit. I am grateful for Mike’s (the owner, I think) honesty and professional advice. Also, he did not even charge me a dime for taking the time to look at it. I will definitely be going back in the future for any car care needs.
My 2nd time back here. First time i came in with my Trailblazer needing a lot of front end work after a 3 day weekend up north. Mike got me in and went above and beyond. He and the mechanic stayed after hours and made sure the job was done same day. Came back this time because again going to be on a long haul and Mike got me in asap. I can't say enough about Downriver Car Care. Mike is so nice, helpful and very reasonable. Took my Ford fusion in Thursday with a check engine light issue. Mike got it right in and diagnosed the issue. It was my resignator on my Muffler system. Brought it back to shop today. Fixed all up and Man oh Man... Car runs so nice and quiet. Plus got an oil change. Wow very impressed. I will recommend this place to anyone. Thank you again!
I had such a great experience at Downriver Care Care today. I needed an oil change and they checked everything and let me know the overall condition of my car and even the wear I have left on my tires! Great job! I feel confident about the condition of my car and I'll go back for any of my car repairs and maintenance!
