Horrible management skills by Seth Downing owner and operator. Guy has no idea what hes doing , and definitely shouldn't be running a business.

Seth from downing lacks in management customer service and communication sklls. They have damaged my trim on the house along with other homes in the neighborhood including other misc. Things and have yet to fix it. It's been 6 months going back and forth after they advised they would fix it and they have excuse after excuse if I hear back. They were advised by my HOA they need to use smaller mowers and be aware of their surroundings with the weed sacked and you would think that they would know this and use common sense when ... read more

Downing Lawn Care has been doing trim work and Spring and Fall cleanup at my parents house for the last several years. This year they have totally dropped the ball. Noone came out to do the regularly scheduled Spring clean-up, noone has come out to do the bi-weekly trim and noone has tried to contact me.
