I can't thank Mike, Michael, Allison, and the entire staff enough for their incredible kindness and support during one of the most difficult times in my life. My Dad, who was my person, passed away a week ago, and they made the process not only manageable but truly beautiful. The best word to describe this establishment and staff is "immaculate". The attention to detail and care from all staff members was a breath of fresh air for a particularly difficult process. Specifically, Brian made an incredibly daunting and unbearable task the smoothest and easiest transition for me and my sister, as we mourned the death of our mother. The staff at Downing & Lahey Mortuary made this difficult time easy to navigate and made sure that all of my needs were met, concerns were addressed, and questions were answered.
