Nick fixed the problem of why my 2012 Carrier unit was not heating or cooling my house for $241.35 while another company wanted to redo all the ducting, sell me a new, bigger unit to the tune of 30-40K. Try Downing they are knowledgeable and fair.
Downing is superb. Their Technicians are expert problem-solvers. They been servicing our heat and AC since 2015.
I had a great experience with Downing Heating. Brian quickly identified the issue with our radiant heat boiler, and completed the repair. Excellent customer service throughout the process. Highly recommended.
When it came to a new installation they were attentive. It was only after there were problems that the service was terrible, condescending, and u professional. I do not recommend. Previous positive review was a mistake. AVOID The owner’s response to this review was shocking. She denied any responsibility for failures & even went as far as saying that when Downing sells you defective equipment they are not responsible.
Replaced my nonfunctioning 38 year old furnace efficiently and very pleasantly.
