We put our condo up for sale, listed it as for sale by owners. We received a call Indicating this company saw our for sale by owner and requested to set up an appointment to have somebody come here take a look at the place and would provide us with a cash offer. Now we expected a an offer with no great expectations but let them come anyway. I gave this two stars because the woman who came representing this company was actually very pleasant. ZERO STARS. THIS PLACE I RENTED FOR MY MOM IS SO ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING & EVEN THE MOVERS & THE CABLE GUY SAID THIS PLACE IS GROSS & IT SMELLS. SO THEY DEFINITELY STAGED THIS PLACE. HOW COME THE AIR CONDITIONER ISN'T WORKING? THEY CLAIM IT WAS CLEANED BY A PROFESSIONAL WELL JUST LOOK AT THESE PICTURES BECAUSE PICTURES DON'T LIE PEOPLE DO.
