Susy Gurevich helped me stage my home for either sale or rent. She went out of her way to personally make recommendations and move furniture etc. had professional photos taken which were exceptional. I elected not to sell, but rent instead. She explained why the rent should be at a certain price point. The house rented 2 hours after going on MLS. Susy has excellent instincts on all things real estate. She provided wonderful service in a totally professional manner
I am writing a negative review for the following reasons: my Realtor submitted a formal offer on the following property. 1367 Artesia Drive. Which was not accepted. The Realtor representing the owner came back with a counter offer which I accepted. The Realtor which works for Downing Frye Realty said she would get property disclosure to us- house was on market for 230 days- and she kept postponing.
