ZERO STARS. THIS PLACE I RENTED FOR MY MOM IS SO ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING & EVEN THE MOVERS & THE CABLE GUY SAID THIS PLACE IS GROSS & IT SMELLS. SO THEY DEFINITELY STAGED THIS PLACE. HOW COME THE AIR CONDITIONER ISN'T WORKING? THEY CLAIM IT WAS CLEANED BY A PROFESSIONAL WELL JUST LOOK AT THESE PICTURES BECAUSE PICTURES DON'T LIE PEOPLE DO. Susy Gurevich helped me stage my home for either sale or rent. She went out of her way to personally make recommendations and move furniture etc. had professional photos taken which were exceptional. I elected not to sell, but rent instead. She explained why the rent should be at a certain price point. The house rented 2 hours after going on MLS. Susy has excellent instincts on all things real estate. She provided wonderful service in a totally professional manner
