He took my money, I put a down payment for braces, went to my first appointment, he didnt show up, it wasn’t open at all, we rescheduled and again he didn’t show up, I asked for my money back and he said I’ll get it by the end of the month, I asked him a couple days before the end of the month if he had the money... no response, 2 days later again no response, I’m taking legal action and suing him.

I’m definitely not one to post reviews - ever, but I thought this was necessary. I started coming to DFD when Dr. Paul Downie was practicing. He was WONDERFUL. Unfortunately, I have had quite the opposite experience with Dr. Will. He performed two root canals in the past few years. Both crowns fell off, but were reattached. I attempted to contact this office to follow up with dental care. The phone number is no longer working. There was no other information. My wife and I contacted the State of Indiana Dental Board to see if his license was valid. It was, so we got in the car and went to the office and discovered that they were open. The receptionist was useless. She gave us a ridiculous excuse that their server has been down since last Thursday and they can't contact anyone or answer calls. Dr. William Downie did not only display the high degree of expertise. He very patient friendly, helped me understand the procedure and why it was necessary. I would highly recomend him not only as your personal Doctor but your family Doctor.
