This guy is a thief. He put braces on my sons teeth and we attempted to make appointments time after time. We actually had to go to another orthodontist when we got their the Dr was disgusted by the work. Wrong brackets, wrong brackets on the wrong teeth. Pieces missing. The new Dr was so upset by what he had done he had to leave the room. Now we are left with having to pay for everything all over. RUN. Do not let this Dr touch you or anyone you know.
This business unprofessional at the very least! The digusting way they handle public relations will be reported to the better business bureau. Instead of slandering your clients who keep your pockets lined and doors open, take ownership for your failures and make them right. Whoever is in charge of their facebook page is an absolute narcissist. I will attach photos!
I’m definitely not one to post reviews - ever, but I thought this was necessary. I started coming to DFD when Dr. Paul Downie was practicing. He was WONDERFUL. Unfortunately, I have had quite the opposite experience with Dr. Will. He performed two root canals in the past few years. Both crowns fell off, but were reattached. Dr. William Downie did not only display the high degree of expertise. He very patient friendly, helped me understand the procedure and why it was necessary. I would highly recomend him not only as your personal Doctor but your family Doctor.
The worst dentist you can go to don't talk too patients do wash hands he looks like he loves in his office
