I can't say enough good things about this establishment. Their staff is great across the board, but Davina? Holy hell. Rock star. The service she has provided for us has been far and away the definition of above and beyond. It's often said that in life we all need to find a doctor, dentist, and mechanic we can trust. On the tax front, Davina represents the cream of the crop within her field. I can't recommend her and Downey Tax Company enough.
If you're trying to get any type of support from them outside the regular tax filing season (any time that's not between January to April/May), don't even bother and that's coming from someone whose been coming here for over 6 years. I do like going to my person here and she does a good job at doing my taxes, but I've realized this place is a hit or a miss otherwise.
