I went to this place to get 3 taxes done, had gone their last year, there was a confusion on whether i had an appointment or a drop off , i know i talked to the scheduler and said i wanted the latest appointment and they said they close at 5 so i took 4. There was a man sitting next to me and it was happening to him too. He said he made an appointment and even knew the name he was meeting with.
