Tax preparation for 2020 coming up, stay away from this company, rude, and you will need to listen to their sales pitch on having them do you financial business versus just doing your taxes. Read the other reviews out there.

I went to this place to get 3 taxes done, had gone their last year, there was a confusion on whether i had an appointment or a drop off , i know i talked to the scheduler and said i wanted the latest appointment and they said they close at 5 so i took 4. There was a man sitting next to me and it was happening to him too. He said he made an appointment and even knew the name he was meeting with. Anyway , a few minutes sitting there this person said he was not going to do my taxes ever (turns out to be the president) and in a very loud voice told me and the man to get out in a loud voice, he had the right not to do business with me. He said he would never do my taxes ever. I am not sure why he was so angry. I was not complaining or making a scene. I was just sitting there because the receptionist said she was checking on it. All he had to do is say there was a scheduling issue and ask me to reschedule. That is it , just reschedule. Please do not go to this place , he has no respect for his customers and there was no reason for him to be so hostile. I did yell back as i was leaving but that is the first i got loud. Please look up all the reviews on this place and the president himself, clients and his employees have nothing good to say about him. He did not even have a good review from anyone. What does that tell you.
I promised him a lot of bad reviews and i am doing that.

Owner is extremely rude and arrogant, Went there and he yelled at me, very unprofessional. Read the reviews out there. I still do not understand why he was so angry.
