We had our first visit with Dr Downey and his staff today. We felt welcomed from the moment we walked in the door. Our daughter may not have seemed thrilled to be there, but she did like her options. And we enjoyed the time they took to fully explain everything with us. And Dr Downey was very friendly and encouraging.
