I was very happy in the beginning. Brad talked very confident about the Shoes and inserts. He explained everything to us. And they had a wide variety of shoes to choose from. But, as soon as we ordered, they ghosted me. Its been 3 months and im still waiting on the shoes or a return phone call. I've called numerous times, spoke to different people, and left multiple messages. I understand they moved to a new building and my order probably got lost in the shuffle.
