Downey's used to provide good service but since hiring the outside service for reordering and moving, their service sucks. Despite getting rid of the new outside service (so they claim), they have not regained what they lost. I moved ordering my cpap supplies to a different company.
I love interacting with this company! Having a local CPAP specialist is such a blessing, especially if you have an unexpected break in a mask and can't wait for a part to ship. The staff is very friendly, Jennifer helped me on the phone multiple times throughout the day. She was very knowledgeable in the products and went far above and beyond to help me in my sleep emergency!
