I went there for an appointment , when i got there they said i was down for a drop off, I said no, it was an appointment at 4 , why if i was dropping off why would i have to drop it off at 4 . The man seated next to me was going thru the same thing. He even had the name of the person he was to meet with. He even got a call to confirm the appointment.
