The sensor on my Samsung Smart Watch came unglued, so I took it in to get fixed. When I went to pick it up, it was fixed but they refused to charge me. I realize it was an easy fix, nonetheless it's their work so I insisted to pay and was not allowed. Had I sent it in to Samsung, this certainly would not have been the case, so it's comforting to know there are small businesses out there that don't try to take advantage of people.
