dr. rai and is team are the closest things to angels we can get. he has saved my cat from urinary blockages three times now, with genuine compassion and care. I cannot say enough how kind he and his team are, and how grateful I am for their services.
After my vet of over 25 years left rockwood, I decided to move vets. My animals are my kids and I was amazed at the care received. Everyone came out with treats to give my Aussie Olive. She wasn’t nervous at all and gladly followed “treat guy” into the room. The vet even took time to introduce himself to her with treats. No pushing or jumping right into an exam. This confirmed I made the right decision.
