On our way back from Florida to Maryland, our van’s tire started wobbling and making a loud noise. When we pulled over, we discovered that three of the lug nut studs were rusted and sheared off. We stopped at the nearest place, Downes Auto Parts, which turned out to be the most wonderful people we’ve ever met! They kindly let my husband borrow tools and use their jack and parking lot. Very unprofessional, I have called 4 auto parts stores and this one hangs up on me before I can reply, then immediately call back and a woman answers rudely “sir your phones breaking up I can barely hear you.” Then immediately hangs up on me as well. I used to love this place over all others but it has seriously gone down hill..don’t waste your time source online if your able to or heck out NAPA auto parts
