When my kiddos are sick they almost always have a same day appointment available. All the doctors are compassionate and caring--it's hard to name a favorite since they're all awesome. My children are 18yo and 12yo and they've been coming to DGPeds since they were born at Good Sam. I am family practice nurse (22yrs+) and have know great doctors and nurses when I see them--this practice is the best! Love the secretaries at both locations too--always so kind and helpful! We love bringing our two kids here. They both usually see Dr. Akhtar and she is very kind and helpful. It is about a 20 minute drive for us to both locations, but we make the drive happily because we are very happy with all of the staff and service.
Dr. Swanson was very personable. She didn’t make me feel like we were rushed. We talked about several things in my daughter‘s development. It was great being able to see her for a sick visit but also being able to cover so many other things as well. I called today to get in and they had appointment appointments available right away, which is always great cause they’re so accommodating.
