I went in to have my babies first appointment, the staff member wasn’t present at front desk. Then after waiting showed up and started Askimg me about insurance card. I told her I emailed it yesterday like I was asked and I don’t have a physical card. The office lady then proceeded to ask me if someone told me to email it I just did I just do it on my own accord I’m an extremely rude tone.
