wanted to share my experience after my daughter’s recent dental appointment. My daughter is 9 years old and experiences anxiety when visiting the dentist. She becomes nervous and sometimes cries because she is scared. I completely understand that the dental staff have other patients to attend to, and I respect the importance of maintaining a calm environment. Poor communication
I'm pretty nervous at the dentist they made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me in detail. Which I liked. Nervous about work that needs to be done like cavities but we will see.
Was SO pleased with the dentist and the staff! Dr Q explained in detail what he was doing and heard my concerns!!
