We attended Downend Clinic on 27th October 2025 at 3pm for my baby’s final discharge and health check. The experience was deeply concerning and unacceptable. The practitioner, who signed her initials as “C.S.” in the red book, did not examine or even look at my baby once — despite the fact that my baby had previously been treated for jaundice. Doctor Roger Green is very helpful and gives a toss about his patients shame he's nearly retired will be stuck for who to see wen he fully retires but I wish him atb
Line ALWAYS busy . No queue system it will just disconnect you. It's a dangerous practice and should be closed down. Disgraceful. I've never seen worse service. Doesn't deserve even 1 star.
