The office and staff are very nice. They took the time to explain everything in detail and answer any questions I had. No chance I’d go anywhere else now.
I was so nervous to start going to the dentist again but Downeast Smile Co made sure to wash ALL of my anxiety away. They have the most welcoming environment, all of the staff was so incredibly kind & the facility is beautiful as well. This office is absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, Cheyenne was so welcoming and incredibly helpful with all of my paperwork. Kat, the hygienist, along with the doctor, were both wonderful with my 4-year-old and made her feel completely comfortable. Our first visit was such a great experience that we will definitely be coming back! Not just for my daughter, but for myself and my husband as well. Loved my first visit with DownEast smile co! This was literally the best dental cleaning I have ever had. I was very comfortable and no pokes or pain during the cleaning either. Staff was great with educating me on my teeth condition, further steps, and payment plans!
