I have been a customer of Downeast Toyota for over 20 years and I just made my 8th vehicle purchase. I've had a SR5 Truck, 4Runner, Celica GTS, 2-CrewMax Tundra's and with my latest purchase, 3-Tacoma's. Downeast Toyota has always gone above and beyond in both their Sales and Service departments. This is the second experience I've had with Downeast Toyota. A great place to go for a new vehicle. Everyone was very helpful and even stayed past the time for them to go home to make sure I got the best deal. I would definitely recommend them.
For the first time I am driving a BRAND NEW car! I have always had second hand so going into a dealership was scary to be honest! I didn't know what to expect and was intimidated by the thought of it all! When I got there on Saturday I was greeted by smiling personable people who put my fears at ease immediately. The staff in their service department are very knowledgeable and helpful. My service adviser, Herb, was very polite and took great care in explaining to me what work my Corolla needed. He made me feel informed and confident in my service decisions.
I just bought a new tundra, I was amazed with the service i recieved with the sales department. Ilya and the staff,were outstandly professonally helpfull, with my question, through out the purchase of my truck. very satisfied with there professonal way of selling vehicles. highly reccomend them.
