Hawaiis largest health food supermarket, store They actually have a small deli in there that serves health food which Ive never tried due to its unappetizing looks. Unlike many tiny closet like health food stores, this one is more the size of a small grocer. There are aisles of various food products lining the shelves and a freezer area. Great service and good deals We shop frequently at this and the Aiea location. They have a wide variety of health foods including foods that you can scoop from bins (granola, rice, grains, nuts etc.)The sale specials are very good and usually last for about a week or so, much cheaper than buying from the health sections of the grocery store. I also enjoy the take out section but the amounts can add up but most of the time very yummy and nutritious too.
yummy food Down to Earth carries a great selection of health foods and produce, at fair prices. You can find all your health food needs there including vitamins, hair and skin care, and vegan products that are sometimes otherwise difficult to locate elsewhere. Down to Earth also sells prepared food as well, with a "buffet-like" section that includes various vegetarian and vegan dishes as well as baked goods and pastries. Prices for prepared foods are realtively high, but not unreasonable.
Health Foods This is a long established business that has a really good sized store at this location. They offer a wide variety of healthy, health, and bulk foods as well as fresh fruits and vegetables. If you can't find it when you're browsing, just ask for help since their staff is friendly and patient.
Down to Earth I have always likes shopping here. The staff at Down to Earth makes the difference. The sales ARE good and you just can't get out the door without ordering a plate lunch. Great for picking up an quick healthy dinner!
Down to Earth Down to Earth is a local health food store. They carry a lot of the typical types of vegan foods, organic foods, health supplements that you would expect to find at most other health food stores. But they also carry a lot of gourmet food items that are sometimes hard to find at the regular grocery store. They also carry a lot of healthy snack type items that you can take from storage bins like dried fruits, nuts, trail mixes, granola, and other stuff.
