They are okay; do the very minimum needed. I wouldn’t recommend them. The office isn’t very responsive to voice messages.
I called this morning and was told by Zach Wells that his crew could fit me in to prune my tall shrubs. He said to expect them sometime today by 3 PM. At 4 PM I texted him and said they never showed up. He replied that they didn’t have enough room on their truck for the debris.
