Important: They have two different types of topsoil. If you're building up the ground with a thicker layer, the heavier, coarser soil is the better choice because it's meant for the base layer. If you're only putting a thin layer on top of an existing lawn for leveling or overseeding, make sure you ask for the finer, premium topsoil. Be sure to clarify which one you want before they load your truck. I didn't ask, got the wrong type by mistake, and ended up having to unload it and exchange it.
