Tried to call a few times. I got a music tone and it said “The person you are trying to reach is not available at this time. Try your call again later.” No option to leave a voicemail. Are you guys still an operating business because Google says you are open? If so why can’t customers leave a voicemail? I was already hesitant after reading some of the reviews about lack of follow up and poor communication which I took a while to read through. DTEL is a wonderful company to work with from the sales manager to the office manager to the crew who did the work. They came out immediately and had a quote ready timely. They answered all my questions and concerns. The crew was very efficient and detailed. All around just "down to earth" people to work with!
Thank you Down to Earth Landscapes for the great work on our French drain! It has now rained several times since installation and we have had NO back and side yard water problems. The work was done quickly and professionally, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results.
