ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Got billed $121 for a minor job adjusting sprinkler heads. The guy put wrong heads on and another guy came out to fix all the mistakes and I got re-charged another $131. When I noticed a sprinkler head was leaking because it wasn't shut off correctly, I was told they are too busy but a tech will call me. Have had them from the installation of the system in 1994. They come every spring to start my system and fall to blow it out for the winter. Always on time, courteous, clean, helpful and knowledgeable and I would recommend them for sure.
The customer service you get from Down To Earth is top notch. From your first phone call- to the service provided by the service techs-first rate. If you have a problem with your sprinkling system they are the team to call! They stand behind their work which is rare in this day and age. I can't say enough about the quality of Down To Earth! Superior company with superior standards!
