You don’t realize the amount of clutter, noise, static, back ground, and over stimulation that your mind has going on, until it doesn’t. Neuro feedback is a life changing treatment for many. It has been for me. It has allowed my mind to slow down and stop racing and stop being overwhelmed. I am only a few sessions into my treatment plan and it has already given me something I hadn’t felt In a long time. Calm. And hope for continued calm. If you don’t know about them please check them out. Down to earth is worth your time.
